Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will build, automate, monitor, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure supporting MintHRM's enterprise SaaS platform. You will work closely with software developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure teams, and security professionals to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions using modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.

- Deploy, manage, monitor, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure for enterprise SaaS platforms.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Wazuh.

- Automate deployment, infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.

- Improve application reliability, scalability, availability, and overall system performance.

- Maintain Linux servers, NGINX web servers, networking components, and cloud infrastructure.

- Ensure cloud security, vulnerability management, compliance, and governance following ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA, and security best practices.

- Troubleshoot production infrastructure, deployment, networking, and performance issues.

- Collaborate with development, QA, cloud, and security teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

- Develop technical documentation, deployment procedures, runbooks, and infrastructure standards.

- Evaluate emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, AI-powered automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and Platform Engineering best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
