Role: Trainee Engineer

We are hiring fresh graduates in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (with Computer Science background) to join our Fresher Induction Program.

This role involves analyzing, maintaining product data, designing, developing, or testing software to meet global business needs. You’ll support various divisions of Herman Miller across the globe, based at our Bengaluru office.

Eligibility & Academics

- Graduation in BE / BSc (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA / B.Tech

---

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of OOPs fundamentals

- Familiarity with BI, reporting tools, Microsoft .NET (plus point)

- Internship/project experience in software development preferred

---

Personality & Soft Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

- Passion for developing technology solutions (can be shown via academic projects)

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt

- Flexibility to work in UK shift (12 PM – 9 PM)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a collaborative environment

- Attention to detail and quality-driven approach

Hiring Process

- Written / Computer-based Test

- At least 2 Rounds of Personal Interviews

- Training period of 2–4 months across different teams before live project assignment
