Role overview

The Cloud Engineer Co-op role is designed for students who are passionate about cloud technologies, AWS infrastructure, and automation. Interns will work alongside senior cloud engineers on real-world cloud migration and modernization projects.

Job summary

This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to AWS cloud implementation, VMware-to-cloud migration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise-scale cloud engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with AWS infrastructure implementation and design

- Support enterprise landing zone and VPC setup

- Help with VMware to AWS migration projects

- Work on Windows and Linux cloud modernization tasks

- Support database transition activities for MySQL and MS SQL

- Learn Infrastructure as Code and automation practices

- Participate in technical discovery and migration planning sessions

Day-to-day activities

- Supporting cloud infrastructure tasks

- Assisting senior cloud engineers on migration projects

- Learning AWS networking and security concepts

- Working on automation and infrastructure scripts

- Participating in cloud engineering discussions and reviews
