Role Overview

LogicMonitor is seeking a passionate Associate DevOps Engineer to help build intelligent cloud infrastructure, AI-powered automation platforms, and modern DevOps solutions. You will work with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, Python automation, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with software engineering, platform engineering, and technical operations teams.

This role provides excellent exposure to Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Automation, Cloud Security, Kubernetes, SaaS Operations, Observability, and Enterprise Cloud Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain high availability and operational uptime of LogicMonitor's SaaS platform.

- Deploy production applications and cloud-native services.

- Develop automation scripts using Python to simplify operational workflows.

- Design and implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with software developers to improve deployment efficiency and platform reliability.

- Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.

- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Maintain Linux-based production systems.

- Ensure production environment security following DevSecOps best practices.

- Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions.

- Develop operational documentation, technical runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

- Build AI-powered automation using Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Minimum Qualifications
