Training & Compensation Structure

- Total training period: Up to 15 months

- First 3 months: Classroom training with stipend of ₹25,000 per month (Internship)

- Next 12 months: On-the-job training as Associate Engineer after successful completion of classroom training

- Participate in structured classroom and technical training programs

- Support engineering teams in mechanical domain projects

- Assist in design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions

- Follow company processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have completed 10th, 12th, and Graduation with minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each

- Graduation marks should be 60% or 6.75 CGPA (latest available results considered)

- No active backlogs at the time of application

- Final year exam must be cleared in the first attempt

- Minimum age should be 18 years at the time of joining

- Selected candidates must sign a bond of ₹2 Lakhs
