About the Role

Cube Cognition is hiring fresh graduates and early-career engineers to join our Platform & DevOps team. You’ll start with a 3-month hands-on internship where you’ll gain real-world experience in automation, CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure management. Successful candidates will be offered a full-time DevOps Engineer position.

This role is ideal for aspiring DevOps professionals looking to build a career in cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

- Containerize applications using Docker and manage workloads on Kubernetes, ECS, or AKS/EKS.

- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Implement observability tools – metrics, logs, and traces using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch.

- Integrate security scans (SAST/DAST with tools like Trivy) and manage secrets securely.

- Automate operational tasks with Bash/Python scripts to improve developer productivity.

- Support environment provisioning, incident response, and release processes under senior guidance.

- Maintain documentation, runbooks, dashboards, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)

- Solid foundation in Linux, networking (HTTP, DNS, load balancing), and Git.

- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and one CI tool.

- Basics of Docker and Kubernetes (pods, services, deployments).

- Scripting knowledge in Bash or Python for automation.

- Strong communication, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

- Experience with Terraform modules, Helm charts, or Kustomize.

- Monitoring & alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, ELK).
