Role Details

Position: System Engineer (L1/L2)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Package: Up to ₹5 LPA

Notice Period: 0 – 15 Days Preferred

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and OS issues

- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related problems

- Support basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, connectivity issues)

- Manage Office 365, email configurations, and VPN access

- Use remote support tools to resolve technical issues

- Assist in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance

- Visit client locations for on-site IT support and issue resolution

Technical Skills Required

System & IT Support

- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and hardware issues

- Experience with Office 365 administration and email setup

- Knowledge of remote support tools

Networking Basics

- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting

- Basic networking concepts and configurations

Advanced (Good to Have)

- Exposure to Active Directory

- Basic knowledge of Firewall configuration and management

Soft Skills

- Good communication and client-handling skills

- Proactive and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work independently and in field environments

- Willingness to travel to client locations
