Job Description

Kheyti is hiring a Software Developer (0–2 years experience) to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and data systems that power decision-making across its platforms. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to work on real-world, high-impact systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Expected Salary

₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Estimated, based on market standards for 0–2 years experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and MySQL databases

- Design and contribute to scalable system architecture and reliability

- Own features end-to-end: design, development, deployment, and optimization

- Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure production stability

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Build dashboards and internal tools for data-driven decision-making

- Integrate data systems across cross-functional teams

- Leverage AI / GenAI tools to improve developer productivity

- Maintain documentation and continuously improve system performance

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a hands-on backend developer who enjoys solving real-world problems using clean architecture and reliable data workflows. You thrive in ambiguity, learn fast, and take ownership from idea to deployment while caring deeply about performance and impact.

Must-Have Skills

- 0–2 years of software or data engineering experience (internships/projects included)

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

- Understanding of backend development and REST APIs

- Experience with MySQL and Git/GitHub

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to AWS or GCP cloud platforms

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or similar backend frameworks
