Role Overview

We are hiring an Entry-Level IT Engineer (Software) who will play a vital role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software solutions. The role involves hands-on Java/J2EE development, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, DevOps, and Cloud-native applications.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or early-career professionals aiming to build a strong foundation in software engineering, DevOps practices, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support software solutions that deliver maximum customer value.

- Write clean, efficient, testable code aligned with technical specifications.

- Translate business and technical requirements into functional implementations.

- Provide DevOps support ensuring seamless daily operations of enterprise web applications.

- Collaborate with architects and research new technologies/tools to enhance system performance.

- Build prototypes and models to validate new technology adoption.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation for efficient deployment and integration.

- Work across global teams and time zones, contributing to a collaborative environment.

- Document best practices and share knowledge across teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in software engineering or IT development.

- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP services.

- Experience with Elastic Search and DevOps practices.

- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).

- Linux/Unix shell scripting knowledge preferred.

- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS tools (added advantage).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Lambda, RDS).

- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Hands-on AWS Cloud Development (serverless, Lambda, RDS).

- Prior experience with Adobe AEM or enterprise content management systems.

- Strong understanding of DevOps automation and CI/CD workflows.

- Exposure to global IT systems and international project delivery.
