JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Intern at Ketto, you will work closely with the core operations team to support day-to-day execution across doctor consultations, medication fulfilment, finance processes, and operational data review. This is a hands-on role offering real ownership and exposure to end-to-end healthcare startup operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Doctor Consultation Operations:

- Ensure timely confirmations, follow-ups, and rescheduling

- Coordinate between internal teams and healthcare professionals

Medication & Fulfilment Operations:

- Support medication order processing and delivery coordination

- Track delivery status and resolve issues with logistics partners

- Maintain accurate records of orders and fulfilment timelines

Finance & Invoicing Support:

- Assist with invoice generation, verification, and tracking

- Coordinate with finance and vendor teams for payment-related queries

- Maintain operational and financial documentation

Data Review & Reporting:

- Review operational data for accuracy and completeness

- Maintain trackers and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets

- Identify discrepancies, delays, or process gaps

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

- Basic data analysis and reporting skills

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

ELIGIBILITY

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Engineering, or related fields

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience are eligible

- Interest in healthcare, startups, or operations is preferred
