The role involves cloud administration, customer technical support, cloud monitoring, REST API integration, troubleshooting, software development, and cloud infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and troubleshoot enterprise cloud infrastructure and cloud-based applications.

- Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and cloud environments.

- Monitor cloud platform health, application performance, and infrastructure availability.

- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Integrate third-party systems, REST APIs, and enterprise security solutions.

- Develop customized software solutions based on customer requirements.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C++, Java, and Python.

- Troubleshoot API integrations, cloud applications, and enterprise software issues.

- Analyze cloud logs, system metrics, and performance reports to improve platform reliability.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, cloud, and customer support teams.

- Maintain cloud architecture documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

- Support deployment of IoT devices, surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and smart security solutions.

- Recommend cloud architecture improvements, automation opportunities, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

- Provide technical training and customer support for cloud-based products and integrated systems.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Support, Systems Integration, or Software Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience developing software using C++, Java, or Python.

- Experience designing and supporting REST APIs.

- Knowledge of JSON, XML, and modern web technologies.
