Job Overview

The IT Infrastructure Intern will work closely with the Infrastructure Specialist and Global Operations Teams (GOT), focusing on Cloud, IT Networking, End-User Computing, Office 365, SD-WAN, telecom, and enterprise platforms. This internship provides practical exposure to enterprise systems, cloud technologies, network refresh operations, and global IT support environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in IT infrastructure projects across mobile technology (MDM), telecom, and enterprise networks

- Support design, planning, build, and run phases of network infrastructure refresh

- Participate in global SDWAN rollout and network security tooling initiatives

- Work in multi-cloud environments and contribute to enterprise CRM release management

- Map regression test scenarios by coordinating with business units

- Maintain accuracy of Configuration Items (CIs) and perform data certification activities

- Conduct end-user support quality review and analyze customer satisfaction dashboards

- Build automated workflows, apps, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

- Monitor global project progress and prepare project status reports

- Create documentation and manage project processes

- Support project teams by scheduling meetings, facilitating communication, and maintaining ITSM documentation

- Develop low-code automations using ServiceNow

- Recommend process improvements for IT operations
