Job Responsibilities

1. Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks

2. Coordinate with device and product teams to develop requirements for 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities

3. Validate technical requirements for global roaming, including authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management

4. Prepare technical proposals for network deployments/upgrades, aligned with business decisions and budgeting

5. Validate service provider capabilities (performance, coverage, etc.)

6. Analyze and troubleshoot network performance and route issues

7. Identify root cause of issues and suggest improvements
