Program Overview

The Graduate Engineer Trainee will undergo a structured rotation program, spending 6–12 months in each function:

- Inventory Analyst

- Planner / Buyer I

- Production Planner

This program builds strong fundamentals in materials management, MRP, production planning, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Analyst

- Monitor and control material transactions

- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

- Perform cycle counts and root cause analysis

- Support inventory control systems and reporting

Planner / Buyer I

- Execute MRP (Material Requirement Planning)

- Ensure material availability for production

- Issue and manage Purchase Orders

- Coordinate with suppliers and commodity managers

- Reduce material liability and freight costs

Production Planner

- Align production schedules with MPS

- Ensure on-time builds and shipments

- Manage ECN, deviation, and purge processes

- Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory teams

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (Recent Graduate required)

- Coursework in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred

- Certifications like APICS / NAPM are a plus

- Willingness to work in manufacturing operations
