Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Microsoft 365 Administrator Trainees to join our M365 practice. This internship offers hands-on training in Microsoft 365 tenant administration, Intune device management, Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD, security & compliance, and migration projects.

This role is designed for freshers and early professionals who want to gain practical skills in cloud productivity, identity management, and endpoint security, under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 tenant administration.

- Support in managing Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD.

- Learn Intune device management and mobile device policies.

- Assist in security, compliance, and identity management projects.

- Contribute to cloud migration initiatives.

- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripting.

- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Key Requirements

- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD).

- Knowledge of Windows Server / Active Directory and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).

- Familiarity with authentication concepts and Intune/MDM is a plus.

- Comfortable with PowerShell basics (automation & scripting).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical procedures.

- Curious, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Terms & Conditions

- Work Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur) – Onsite only, no remote option.

- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

- Duration: 1-year internship, followed by potential FTE conversion.

- Certifications: Complete at least 3 industry-recognized certifications (exam fees reimbursed upon success).

- FTE Conversion: Opportunity to join as a Full-Time Employee after successful internship completion.

- Service Commitment (Bond): 2 years (including the 1st year internship). Early exit will attract reimbursement of training/certification costs.

- SC-900 (Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals)

- MS-500 (Microsoft 365 Security Administrator)

- Experience in PowerShell scripting for M365/Exchange.
