JOB OVERVIEW

IRIS RegTech Solutions is hiring Trainee Software Engineers (Fresher) to work as .NET Full Stack Developers on enterprise-grade SaaS and FinTech platforms. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment and gain hands-on experience in building secure, scalable web applications used by global banking and financial institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using .NET technologies

• Work on both front-end and back-end components of enterprise applications

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under senior developer guidance

• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint meetings, and code reviews

• Fix bugs and support application enhancements

• Follow SDLC, coding standards, and best practices

• Support database operations and write SQL queries

• Collaborate with QA, product, and engineering teams

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

BACKEND SKILLS

• C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core

• MVC and Web API (basic understanding)

FRONTEND SKILLS

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Bootstrap, jQuery

• Angular or React knowledge is a plus

DATABASE SKILLS

• SQL, Oracle

• CRUD operations, joins, basic query optimization

TOOLS & CONCEPTS

• Visual Studio or VS Code

• Git version control

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• REST API fundamentals

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

• Awareness of Agile / Scrum methodology

• Internship or academic projects in .NET or Web Development

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible
