Job Summary

IQVIA is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to support cloud-native platforms and containerized applications running on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work closely with DevOps and application teams to support deployments, monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure reliable cloud operations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day deployment of microservices on Kubernetes platforms (AKS/EKS).

- Monitor and maintain cloud-native applications across Azure and AWS.

- Execute application deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Helm charts.

- Perform Kubernetes operations, including workload monitoring, service restarts, and troubleshooting.

- Monitor application health, infrastructure performance, and cloud environments.

- Respond to production alerts and assist with incident resolution.

- Support release management and deployment activities.

- Perform configuration updates, certificate renewals, and container image updates.

- Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
