Position Summary

As a Trainee Software Developer, you will be part of the IT and Engineering team, contributing to the development, testing, and debugging of core systems and tools. You will work on small to mid-scale projects, learn enterprise-grade software development practices, and be guided by senior professionals throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and debug software tools and system components

- Work closely with senior engineers and team leads on assigned projects

- Apply software engineering principles to solve clearly defined problems

- Participate in daily team meetings, code reviews, and documentation

- Follow standard engineering policies, practices, and procedures

- Support the continuous improvement of systems and efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)

- Strong theoretical knowledge of software development concepts

- Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages

- Understanding of SDLC, testing, and version control tools is a plus
