Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations

Maintain and monitor Windows and Linux servers

Ensure system availability, performance, and security

Support global infrastructure platform operations

Automation and Scripting

Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting

Improve operational efficiency through automation

Patch and Vulnerability Management

Manage vulnerability remediation processes

Perform system patching using AWS SSM, WSUS, SCCM, or RedHat Satellite

Address and remediate security vulnerabilities, including critical threats

Incident and Monitoring

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

Improve monitoring and observability systems

Collaboration and Documentation

Work with cloud, network, and security teams

Maintain technical documentation

Support infrastructure improvements and operational excellence

Required Skills

Infrastructure

Strong experience with Windows and Linux servers

Enterprise infrastructure operations experience

Cloud and Automation

Experience with AWS, Azure, or private cloud infrastructure

Infrastructure automation knowledge

Security and Compliance

Vulnerability management experience

Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or enterprise security standards

Scripting and Tools

Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting

Automation tools such as Ansible

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

8–12 years of infrastructure or platform engineering experience
