Job Summary

The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator to support IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, systems, and networks

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

- Perform system backups and ensure data security

- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation

- Support patch management, updates, and system upgrades

- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices

Technical Skills Required

Systems & Networking

- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems

- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting

Tools & Technologies (Preferred)

- Active Directory

- Virtualization tools (VMware / Hyper-V)

- Basic cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure)

Scripting (Good to Have)

- PowerShell or Bash

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field

- Diploma or relevant certifications with strong knowledge can also apply

- Internship or hands-on experience is a plus

Certifications (Preferred)

- CompTIA A+ / Network+

- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

- RHCSA (Red Hat Certified System Administrator)
