Role Overview

IDX is hiring a Cloud Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, DevOps operations, automation workflows, and production systems. You will manage cloud environments, application servers, networking, security, and automation in a 24×7 environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Install, configure, and maintain IIS / Apache / Nginx servers.

- Deploy and configure .NET applications with SSL integrations.

- Analyze logs and troubleshoot server/application issues.

- Manage and secure Windows and Linux environments, including patches and upgrades.

- Create automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting.

- Resolve incidents as per defined SLAs.

- Configure and manage AWS services (EC2, Route53, ALB, S3, CloudFront, ECS, VPC, RDS, Docker).

- Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker.

- Manage networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS.

- Provide 24×7 production support including rotational shifts.

About You

- 2–3 years of experience in Cloud or System Administration.

- Strong experience with AWS cloud services.

- Hands-on scripting using PowerShell and Shell.

- Experience with Jenkins, Docker, SSL, DNS, and web technologies.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork.

- Willingness to work in rotational support shifts.
