Job Overview

Human™ Digital Factory is looking for a DevOps Engineer Intern to join its technology team. This is an unpaid internship designed for students and aspiring DevOps engineers who want hands-on experience with CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring, Automation, and DevOps best practices.

During the internship, you'll collaborate with senior engineers, software developers, product owners, and solution architects to build modern deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage cloud environments, and improve software delivery processes.

This role offers valuable exposure to enterprise software deployments, cloud-native applications, DevOps tooling, and modern engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Collaborate with software development teams to automate build, testing, and deployment workflows.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation.

- Support Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.

- Configure monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

- Learn Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices.

- Assist in implementing DevSecOps, security controls, and compliance practices.

- Troubleshoot deployment issues, infrastructure failures, and production incidents.

- Optimize application performance and system scalability.

- Document deployment procedures, automation scripts, infrastructure configurations, and operational runbooks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on enterprise software deployment projects.

- Provide technical support and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
