About the Role
As a Technology Engineering Trainee, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to systems that prioritize scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications
- Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
- Apply BDD/TDD practices, code review, and static analysis techniques
- Participate in code reviews and design reviews to maintain engineering standards
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
- Assist in deploying and automating infrastructure and applications using:
- Docker
- Terraform
- Chef
- RPM
- AWS ECS / ECR
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Demonstrate innovation and continuous improvement in engineering solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field

- Experience or coursework in Java, Python, or similar programming languages
- Understanding of modern software development life cycles
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Ability to write clean, robust, and maintainable code
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex production issues
- Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and business units
