Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to system alarms across IT services (Network, Server, Cloud).

- Provide 24x7 support and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 teams.

- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues using documented SOPs.

- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system (e.g., Jira).

- Generate monitoring and KPI reports.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the digital team for smooth IT operations.

- Set up and maintain alarm monitoring tools and KPI dashboards.

- Handle incidents and service tasks using SOPs and KEDB (Known Error Database).

- Participate in training to stay updated with new technologies.

Requirements

- Graduation or equivalent (Degree in IT or related field preferred).

- Shift work required (rotational, including weekends/holidays).

- 1–3 years of IT support experience (Freshers also welcome).

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to follow processes.

- Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users.

- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira preferred).

- Basic understanding of networks, systems, and applications.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Bonus: Knowledge of Japanese, German, Spanish, or Chinese.

- Experience in multi-tiered support environments.

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation.

- Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise IT operations.
