Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll collaborate with developers, QA, and IT operations to improve CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and enhance system reliability. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn and grow in the DevOps and cloud infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Terraform / CloudFormation.

- Monitor and maintain systems with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.

- Support configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

- Deploy applications and ensure smooth releases.

- Collaborate with developers to meet infrastructure needs.

- Maintain Git-based version control and branching strategies.

- Troubleshoot issues across dev, test, and production.

- Write and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

Must-Have

- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).

- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.

- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

- Understanding of Git version control.

- Interest in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with Zoho Catalyst and PaaS platforms.

- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

- Hands-on with Docker / containers.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

- Knowledge of ELK Stack, Prometheus, monitoring tools.
