About the Role

BDO Digital is seeking a Co-op / Intern DevOps Engineer for our AppDev team starting January 2026. This role is ideal for students looking to gain real-world cloud and DevOps experience while working with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, manage, and support Azure cloud environments, including security controls.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform (IaC).

- Write automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and CLI.

- Develop and implement Azure security policies.

- Contribute to customer-focused service offerings and solutions.

- Troubleshoot configuration and infrastructure issues.

- Continuously improve processes for cloud operations and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Experience with Python and PowerShell or shell scripting.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

- Exposure to Azure REST API, Kubernetes, or cloud-native tools is an asset.
