About the Role

Join the Cloud Support team at Dassault Systèmes®, responsible for maintaining worldwide data centers and ensuring customer success. You’ll work with Linux, UNIX scripting, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting to support global operations. This is a 24x7 rotational shift role.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain cloud platforms & services.

- Support L2/L3 teams via phone, email, or chat until resolution.

- Perform Linux/UNIX scripting for automation and system tasks.

- Assist in troubleshooting databases, networking, and cloud services.

- Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX.

- Basics of Databases & Networking.

- Scripting: Shell/Python.

- Exposure to Cloud Technology (AWS preferred).

- Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Details

- Shift Timings: Rotational (6:30 AM – 3 PM, 2:30 PM – 11 PM, 10:30 PM – 7 AM IST).

- Start Date: Immediate.

- Work Mode: Hybrid (Office/Home depending on shift).
