About the Role

Cloudastra Technologies is seeking a DevOps Intern with 3–6 months of hands-on experience in cloud and DevOps practices. This internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world project exposure, work with experienced professionals, and strengthen your expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in deploying, automating, and maintaining cloud-based applications & infrastructure.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for software lifecycle automation.

- Manage code repositories using Git.

- Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Configure and manage Jenkins for automation of build, test, and deployments.

- Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and ensure system reliability.

- Follow DevOps best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.

- Maintain documentation for processes and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Linux OS and shell scripting.

- Hands-on with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.).

- Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.

- Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization.

- Basic exposure to Terraform for automation.

- Familiar with Jenkins and CI/CD setups.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment.
