Job Overview

As a DevOps Engineering Intern, you will assist in building, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure that powers modern applications, data platforms, and machine learning solutions. You will gain practical experience with cloud services, Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation while learning industry best practices in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Support deployment automation using modern DevOps practices.

- Learn and work with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.

- Deploy and manage cloud resources on Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Assist in infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines.

- Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions for production environments.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues.

- Collaborate with Development, Data Engineering, AI, and Platform teams.

- Participate in release management and deployment activities.

- Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

- Learn cloud security best practices, access management, and infrastructure optimization.

- Follow DevOps best practices to improve deployment speed, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.

- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and HTTPS.

- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts.

- Familiarity with Git and Version Control.

- Basic knowledge of any programming or scripting language.

- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

- Passion for DevOps, Cloud Computing, Automation, and Infrastructure Engineering.

- Willingness to continuously learn modern DevOps technologies.
