Position: Junior SRE Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Key Responsibilities

- Support monitoring and reliability for cloud-based applications

- Build and maintain dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana

- Monitor application health and respond to alerts

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

- Participate in incident management and on-call rotations

- Analyze monitoring data to identify trends and issues

- Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications

- Collaborate with development teams for production support

Technical Skills Required

Monitoring & Observability

- Basic knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog

- Understanding of logs, metrics, and dashboards

Cloud & Containers

- Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and containerization

Networking & Systems

- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS

- Understanding of system reliability concepts

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field

- 0–2 years experience (including internships in DevOps/SRE)

- Willingness to work in on-call / night shifts

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Scripting knowledge (Python / Shell)

- Familiarity with Linux systems

- Interest in distributed systems and cloud architectures

- Exposure to automation and DevOps practices
