As part of our growing engineering organization, we are looking for highly motivated Associate DevOps Engineers who are passionate about Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Cloud-Native Technologies.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience with enterprise cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, monitoring platforms, and modern DevOps practices used by global technology organizations.

Role Overview

As an Associate DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with software engineers, cloud architects, SRE teams, and infrastructure specialists to build, maintain, monitor, and optimize scalable cloud environments. You will help automate deployments, improve operational efficiency, strengthen infrastructure security, and support mission-critical production systems.

You will gain practical experience with AWS cloud services, containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud monitoring, automation engineering, platform reliability, and cloud security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and similar technologies

• Assist in provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation

• Monitor production environments, cloud resources, applications, and infrastructure health using CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability platforms

• Respond to operational alerts, incidents, and system issues while working alongside senior DevOps and SRE engineers

• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), postmortem reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes-based deployment environments

• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, Shell Scripting, and cloud-native automation tools

• Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, testing, deployment, and rollback workflows

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, deployment runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

• Support cloud security initiatives, IAM policies, RBAC implementation, and infrastructure hardening practices

• Assist in implementing DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery pipelines

• Help optimize cloud infrastructure costs through FinOps and resource utilization best practices

• Support disaster recovery, backup management, business continuity planning, and infrastructure resilience programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or related technical roles

• Internship experience in cloud, DevOps, Linux administration, infrastructure automation, or cloud operations will be considered

• Strong foundational knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems

• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider, preferably AWS

• Understanding of Git and modern version control workflows

• Exposure to Docker containerization technologies

• Basic scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Shell scripting

• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, VPNs, Firewalls, Routing, and Load Balancers

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or New Relic

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi

• Understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

• Knowledge of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks

• AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Google Cloud Digital Leader, or equivalent cloud certifications

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability Engineering methodologies
