About the Role

HCLTech is hiring freshers for an entry-level Python Support Engineer position. This is not a developer role but involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining Python-based applications. You will work with the development team to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for Python-based tools and scripts

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs

- Monitor application performance and identify recurring problems

- Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements

- Document solutions, processes, and technical findings

Eligibility Criteria

- Skills: Strong knowledge of Python

- Education: Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches

- Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, UG, PG if applicable)

- Experience: Freshers to 2 years of industry experience

- Stream: Computer Science, IT, or related fields

- Location: Chennai / Bangalore
