About the Role

The Cloud Infrastructure Executive will support day-to-day cloud operations and infrastructure health management for large-scale SaaS applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. The role includes deployments, migrations, incident management, monitoring, access control, automation, and infrastructure optimization.

1. Planned Activities

- Execute infrastructure changes and patching activities

2. Monitoring & Alert Management

- Monitor compute, storage, network, and database infrastructure

- Respond to alerts within SLA timelines

- Analyze logs and dashboards for issue identification

- Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/Architect teams

- Optimize alert configurations to reduce false alarms

3. Incident Management

- Troubleshoot storage, compute, database, and network issues

- Perform DB segment analysis and performance checks

- Investigate connectivity and firewall-related problems

- Handle access management and service health issues

4. Routine Operations

- Perform daily infrastructure health checks

- Generate utilization and security reports

- Manage RBAC and access permissions

- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident documentation

- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools
