Job Summary

As a Cloud Infrastructure Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, deployment, automation, and operational support of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Working closely with senior cloud architects, you will manage Azure resources, troubleshoot production issues, support cloud migrations, automate operational tasks, and ensure platform reliability, security, and performance.

This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Azure Administration, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Management, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and provision Azure cloud infrastructure following approved operational runbooks.

- Support application deployments, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and configuration changes.

- Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Networking resources, and Platform Services.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, and operational dashboards.

- Investigate infrastructure alerts related to compute, storage, networking, databases, and application availability.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot production incidents.

- Support workload migration from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.

- Configure and maintain RBAC permissions, security policies, firewall rules, and Network Security Groups (NSG).

- Perform routine platform health checks, security reviews, and infrastructure reporting.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bash.

- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs, deployment guides, and post-incident reports.

- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application teams to ensure reliable cloud operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc, or a related discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Azure Administration, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
