About the Role

GHX is hiring a Software Engineer I who is passionate about building real products that impact thousands of users across global markets. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who love creating, experimenting, and learning. You will work in empowered product teams, collaborating across engineering, design, and product functions.

What You’ll Do

- Build real front-end features using Angular and TypeScript

- Gain full-stack experience with AWS Lambda, Java, Node.js, and CI/CD pipelines

- Work cross-functionally with product managers and designers

- Experiment using feature flags such as GrowthBook and LaunchDarkly

- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and engineering mentorship

- Bring initiative, new ideas, prototypes, and personal projects into the product

What You Bring

- Strong communication skills in English

- Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

- Exposure to Angular/React or any modern UI framework

- Curiosity about AWS Lambda and serverless development

- Personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, or side apps

- Motivation to learn, improve, and take ownership

Nice to Have

- Experience deploying apps to AWS, Vercel, or Cloudflare

- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or CI/CD pipelines

- Basic backend knowledge (Java Spring Boot or Node.js)

- Understanding of feature flags or A/B testing

- GitHub portfolio or open-source activity
