Key Responsibilities
DevOps & Automation
- Support development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Reduce repetitive operational tasks through scripting.
- Improve deployment consistency across Development, Test, and Production environments.
Cloud Infrastructure
- Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Configure compute, networking, storage, and cloud platform services.
- Maintain secure and standardized cloud environments.
Monitoring & Reliability
- Monitor applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Investigate production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Improve logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability.
- Enhance service availability, reliability, and resilience.
Security & Compliance
- Implement Secure-by-Design principles.
- Support vulnerability remediation and patch management.
- Assist with secrets management and access controls.
- Follow UK Government security and compliance standards.
Agile Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including:
