Key Skills Required

- Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Git)

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (basics)

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash / Python)

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance

- Monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance

- Identify and resolve issues affecting system health

Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution

- Diagnose and fix infrastructure-related issues

- Document incidents and solutions for future reference

Patch Management & Updates

- Assist in applying patches, updates, and configuration changes

- Ensure systems remain secure and up-to-date

Customer Support Coordination

- Handle customer queries and issues during night shifts

- Provide timely solutions or escalate when needed

Escalation & Collaboration

- Work with senior engineers on complex incidents

- Ensure proper communication and escalation flow

Handover & Documentation

- Provide clear updates to the day shift team

- Maintain documentation for ongoing issues and tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience (preferably in support roles)

- Strong interest in DevOps and system support

- Ability to work in night shifts

- Good analytical and troubleshooting mindset

- Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
