Job Summary

Edwards Lifesciences is hiring an Engineer I – IT Cloud to support enterprise cloud infrastructure, cloud automation, operational reporting, cloud incident management, and cloud platform administration. You will work with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), cloud infrastructure, automation scripting, and enterprise cloud services to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable IT operations.

This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Support, Azure Administration, AWS Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations across enterprise environments.

- Create operational dashboards and cloud infrastructure reports.

- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, storage, operating systems, and platform-related issues.

- Resolve routine cloud incidents while maintaining high platform availability.

Required Qualifications
