Role Overview

We are hiring entry-level Software Engineers to join our development team. You’ll work on creating and updating programs that meet customer needs using modern technologies and best practices. The role involves a mix of software development, testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

- Tech Stack:

- Java

- Groovy

- Oracle SQL / PL SQL

- Python

- Protobuf

- XML, JSON

- GIT, Jira

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

- Build and test new product features based on specifications

- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures

- Create unit tests and validate software

- Troubleshoot bugs and provide fixes

- Maintain and enhance existing code

- Implement APIs with error handling and security practices

Technical Skills

- Understanding of data structures, threading, queues, buffer management

- Familiar with UI/UX design and testing

- Comfortable with deployment tools like Docker, Terraform, Chef

- Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, build automation

Support & Maintenance

- Work with technical teams to resolve escalated issues

- Monitor production systems for performance and reliability

- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues

- Suggest improvements to systems and monitoring tools

Process Adherence

- Follow internal development processes and best practices

- Collaborate across global teams and time zones

- Prioritize tasks based on business needs

Communication & Teamwork

- Share ideas and knowledge in team meetings

- Ask questions, seek feedback, and resolve blockers proactively

- Write clear documentation and reports
