Digimedia Technologies is hiring DevOps & Cloud Engineers at the Intern / Associate level to support cloud infrastructure, application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, Linux administration, and operational automation.

This opportunity is designed for early-career candidates who want to build practical experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, deployment operations, and production support. Basic role-specific training will be provided, with candidates working under reviewed processes and established operational practices.

Role Details

- Position: DevOps & Cloud Engineer

- Experience: 0–2 years

- Level: Intern / Associate

- Work Mode: Remote-first Hybrid

- Location: Mumbai, India

- Monthly CTC: ₹20,000–₹30,000

- Annual CTC: Approximately ₹2.4–₹3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Support

- Assist with server setup and configuration.

- Support cloud infrastructure and cloud resource management.

- Assist with application deployments and environment configuration.

- Support backup and monitoring activities.

- Help maintain reliable infrastructure operations.

CI/CD & Deployment

- Assist with CI/CD pipeline operations.

- Support application release and deployment processes.

- Work with environment variables and deployment configurations.

- Verify deployment results and report issues.

- Follow established deployment procedures and runbooks.

Linux Administration

- Perform basic Linux administration tasks.

- Work with Linux command-line tools.

- Assist with server troubleshooting and operational activities.

- Monitor system logs and identify basic infrastructure issues.

Monitoring & Operations

- Monitor infrastructure and deployed applications.

- Review logs to identify errors and operational issues.

- Document incidents and basic troubleshooting steps.

- Follow runbooks and established operational procedures.

- Communicate infrastructure and deployment issues clearly to the relevant team members.

Automation

- Assist with infrastructure and operational automation.

- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.

- Use scripting and automation carefully to improve operational efficiency.

- Contribute to improving deployment and infrastructure workflows.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Linux administration.

- Comfortable working with the Linux command line.

- Understanding of networking fundamentals.

- Basic knowledge of Git and version control.

- Understanding of application deployment concepts.

- Knowledge of environment variables and configuration management.

- Ability to read and understand system and application logs.

- Ability to follow technical runbooks and operational procedures.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with exposure to the following technologies or areas will have an advantage:

- Docker

- CI/CD tools

- Nginx

- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

- Monitoring tools

- Bash or other scripting languages

- Personal DevOps or cloud projects

- Homelabs and technical labs

- Internship experience

- Previous deployment or infrastructure experience
