Job Overview

Rimini Street is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the cloud infrastructure powering its Agentic AI ERP Platform. This is a remote opportunity based in Hyderabad, India, ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.

You will design highly available Kubernetes infrastructure, develop enterprise CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and build reliable cloud-native platforms that support development, staging, production, and customer environments.

This role offers an opportunity to work on enterprise AI platforms, Kubernetes at scale, cloud automation, GitOps, and production-grade DevOps engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters.

- Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.

- Develop and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

- Automate software deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

- Implement zero-downtime deployment strategies including Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Deployments.

- Manage Docker container images, artifact repositories, and container registries.

- Configure networking, load balancing, ingress, and service mesh technologies.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident response automation.

- Build self-healing infrastructure and auto-scaling solutions.

- Automate environment provisioning and deployment workflows.

- Implement secrets management using HashiCorp Vault or similar tools.

- Manage PostgreSQL deployments, backups, migrations, and database operations.

- Create operational runbooks and automation scripts.

- Participate in on-call support and production incident management.

- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, AI, Product Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 2–4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

- Strong understanding of Kubernetes administration.

- Experience building enterprise CI/CD pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Go.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
