JOB DESCRIPTION:

Computershare is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Apprentice – Junior Site Support Engineer. This role provides hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, ticketing systems, and enterprise-level end-user support within a global organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with new joiner IT equipment setup and workstation configuration

- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support

- Maintain IT server rooms, meeting rooms, and network printers

- Handle ServiceNow IT support tickets and user requests

- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, hardware, and software issues

- Support Active Directory user administration tasks

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, cabling, and asset management

- Assist with mobile device and endpoint support

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or Software Engineering

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

- Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting concepts

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Windows Operating Systems

- MS Office 365

- Desktop & Laptop Imaging

- Basic Networking Concepts

- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

- ServiceNow (Basic knowledge preferred)

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
