Cognizant is hiring fresh graduates for the Analyst Trainee role across PAN India locations. This opportunity is designed for 2024 and 2025 graduates to begin their IT careers in Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, or IT practices.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures as per low-level designs.

- Understand relationships between database tables and retrieve data efficiently.

- Prepare test cases, test scripts, and test data for manual and automated testing.

- Execute tests, analyze results, and support defect resolution.

- Analyze root causes and resolve service tickets following standard operating procedures.

- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.

- Support cloud, infrastructure, and digital workplace environments based on role alignment.

- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues where applicable.

- Monitor production systems and participate in incident and service management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

- Demonstrate innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in projects.

Eligibility & Experience

- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025.

- Degree: 3-year UG degree.

- IT & Integrated Smart Operations:

- BCA, BSc (Computer Science, IT, allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics.

- Minimum 60% throughout academics (X, XII, Diploma, UG).

- Multicloud / Digital Workplace Services:

- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc).

- Minimum 50% throughout academics.

- No standing arrears at the time of application or joining.

- Consistent academic record as per Cognizant eligibility norms.

- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.

- Willingness to work in shifts, 24/7 environments, and from any Cognizant office location across India.

- Candidates who attended Cognizant assessments or interviews in the last 6 months are not eligible.
