Cognizant is hiring Analyst Trainees for multiple technology-aligned practices including IT & Integrated Smart Operations, Multicloud, and Digital Workplace Services. Candidates will be assigned based on credentials, assessment performance, and business requirements.

This role offers a strong foundation for careers in IT Services, Cloud Operations, Technical Support, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Technology Operations.

Role 1: Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and stored procedures

- Write SQL queries and analyze relationships between database tables

- Prepare and execute manual and automated test cases

- Analyze and resolve IT service tickets following SOPs

- Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Data Analytics tools

- Participate in innovation-driven project work

Skills Required

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Team collaboration and time management

- Critical thinking and attention to detail

Eligibility

- 3-year UG degree (2024 or 2025 batch)

- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG

- No active arrears at the time of joining

Role 2: Analyst Trainee – Multicloud

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and administer cloud and computing environments

- Support Windows, Networking, Database, Storage, Messaging, and Cloud platforms

- Incident management and production server monitoring

- Follow SOPs, security, and compliance guidelines

- Participate in continuous service improvement (CSI)

- Work in a 24/7 shift-based environment

Eligibility

- Any 3-year UG degree (2024 or 2025 batch)

- Minimum 50% throughout academics

- No standing arrears

Role 3: Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line technical support to global clients

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

- Log, track, and resolve IT service tickets

- Collaborate with IT teams for escalation and resolution

- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles

Eligibility

- Any 3-year UG degree (2024 or 2025 batch)

- Minimum 50% throughout academics

- Strong communication skills mandatory
