About the Role

CoEdify is looking for a passionate and motivated Java Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic technology team. You’ll contribute to the development and optimization of scalable backend applications using Java, working closely with experienced engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior developers to design and build backend systems using Java (preferably Spring Boot).

- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.

- Debug, test, and optimize software modules to ensure performance and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and learn engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely fixes.

- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Understand and integrate REST APIs with frontend and mobile clients.

Basic Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Core Java concepts including OOPs, exception handling, and data structures.

- Familiarity with SQL, schema design, and relational database fundamentals.

- Basic knowledge of RESTful API development and client-server architecture.

- Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
