CloudOps Engineer at Eptura (Hybrid, India)

We are looking for a skilled CloudOps Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. This position focuses on automating, managing, and optimizing Azure infrastructure for high availability, security, and performance. The role requires experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS resources, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

Automate deployment and management of Azure resources using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform

Manage Azure services including App Services, Function Apps, VMs, Cosmos DB, SQL Database, Key Vault, Data Factory, APIM, and Logic Apps

Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics

Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive solutions

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps

Work within ITIL processes for Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management

Create automation scripts using PowerShell and Linux Shell scripting

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for configuration, queries, and performance tuning

Mentor team members and document best practices for knowledge sharing

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering

Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

Familiarity with Git or Bitbucket for version control

Good understanding of networking concepts

Scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash

Strong troubleshooting ability using Azure monitoring tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Azure Active Directory management
