About the Role:

Calix is seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Graduate Trainee with a passion for Java/J2EE development. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to work closely with senior engineers on meaningful projects and build foundational experience in software development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE technologies

- Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance application performance and scalability

- Participate in code reviews and agile team meetings

- Assist in designing and implementing new software features

- Troubleshoot and debug existing application issues

- Document code, tools, and development practices

Eligibility Criteria:

- BE / BTech (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent)
