Role: Software Development Engineer – Backend (2025 Passout)

- Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)

- Employment Type: Full-time

- Eligibility: 2025 Passouts (Candidates must be in/willing to relocate to Mumbai)

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and support scalable backend systems & applications.

- Own tasks end-to-end: from development to production deployment.

- Contribute to the design & launch of key product features.

- Collaborate in code reviews, agile teams, and cross-functional engineering efforts.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for scale, performance & reliability.

- Drive engineering best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For

- Internship/Project Experience: 6–12 months in software development.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C/C++.

- Strong fundamentals in OS, Databases, Networking, Deployment.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).

- Ability to work on Windows/Linux below the application layer (kernels, file systems, APIs, scripting).

- Problem-solving mindset with real-world debugging skills.

- Strong communication & collaboration skills.

- Startup mentality – quick learner, hardworking, thrives in fast-paced environments.
