Key Responsibilities

Web Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Reflex.

API Design & Development

- Create and manage RESTful APIs with a focus on clean CRUD operations.

Backend Engineering

- Implement server-side logic, data modeling, and integration with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector).

Frontend Collaboration

- Collaborate with frontend developers and/or designers to implement functional and intuitive UIs using Python-based web technologies.

Code Quality & Best Practices

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and adhere to software engineering best practices.

Problem Solving

- Understand business requirements, propose effective solutions, and optimize performance for better user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

- 0 to 6 months (internships, freelance, academic or personal projects count).

Core Skills:

- Proficient in Python programming

- Hands-on experience with at least one web development framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.)

- Experience creating and consuming REST APIs

- Understanding of CRUD operations

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Knowledge of additional libraries/frameworks for web development

- Familiarity with databases:

- Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL

- NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB

- Vector: Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate

- Experience using Git or version control systems

Soft Skills:

- Fast learner and self-motivated

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Good written and verbal communication

- Team player with a collaborative attitude

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

- OR equivalent hands-on experience (bootcamps, self-learning, freelance, etc.)
