About the Opportunity

bitLabs is hiring Graduate Apprentice Developers (Freshers) who are passionate about starting their career in software development. This unique 7–9 month apprenticeship program provides real-time project exposure, structured mentorship, and technical training. After successful completion, candidates will be promoted to Associate Software Developer with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on software development tasks.

- Work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code.

- Learn and adapt to modern technologies and best practices.

- Actively contribute ideas for process and system improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE).

- Batch Eligible: 2022, 2023 & 2024 pass-outs only.

- Skills Required:

- Basic programming knowledge and problem-solving ability.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Knowledge of web development technologies.

- Prior internship or project experience in software development is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

- Stipend During Apprenticeship: ₹13,000/month.

- Transition to Associate Software Developer: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) based on performance.

- Note: The first month after onboarding is unpaid (observation period).
